Jane Sender worked with the successful Voter  Protection team in the Tampa, Florida headquarters of the Obama Campaign for Change from October 20, through November 4, 2008. She coordinated the more than 500 lawyers who traveled to Florida to work as voter protection attornies outside Florida polling places from early voting, which ran from October 20 to November 2, to election day. Lawyers traveled from as far away as Anchorage, Alaska, and London to join the thousands of Florida lawyers who worked inside the polls to ensure that every vote was protected and counted.
