- Strategy/Action: We needed to find a Boston-based office of a major firm in need of high-level litigation talent with known white-color clients. Armed knowing our candidate’s expertise and business potential, we researched opportunities and approached a major firm with a high profile in white collar practice in other cities which had recently opened a Boston office. Working intensely with our candidate through four months of interviews and discussions, we helped work through complicated issues and got the job done to everyone’s delight.
